Tuition

Tuition Schedule: July 2024 - June 2025 

Once you have finalized your decision, there is a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your student's spot. This deposit will be applied to your first payment.  

Monthly Payments :

12 payments from July 1st, 2024 to June 1st, 2025. 

We run classes year-round. A tuition commitment holds your student's spot regardless of class time attended.  Since students are self-paced, families can schedule vacations as they see fit throughout the year. Please alert the school of your schedule at least 30 days before an extended leave so we can make team arrangements. Please see the school calendar for more details. 

Beginning July 1st, 2024, payments are drafted on the first of every month. 

If a student enrolls after July 1st, payments will be spread out based on the number of months left in the academic year. Prorated tuition is calculated for enrollment after Oct. 1. The third-party billing company collects an annual $55 fee for tuition management. 

1 Full Payment: 

Full payment collected at enrollment qualifies for a 20% discount on tuition. No additional fees are applied. 

2 Payments:

Paying half of the tuition upon enrollment in the Fall and before January 1st will earn a 10% discount. No additional fees are applied. 

Yes! Tuition Assistance is available every school year. BOLD School uses a 3rd party company to determine the amount of tuition assistance available for families.

NOTE: Each student's assistance is customized based on various factors evaluated during the application process. This ensures a fair and personalized approach. A limited amount of tuition assistance is available for each school year, and awards will be granted based on need, number of enrollments, and other criteria in our application process. Tuition assistance is not guaranteed for every applicant. Applicants may choose to accept or decline the tuition assistance offer. Families wishing to apply for tuition assistance must reapply each year their student attends BOLD School. There is a $60 fee from the 3rd party to apply for financial aid. If you choose to enroll, we will refund your $60 by deducting that amount from your balance.
